"Alle Jahre wieder kommt das Christkind" - jedermann kennt diesen Spruch und freut sich immer auf die hochheilige Zeit im Dezember, zumal in dieser Zeit selbst die Großen zu kleinen Kindern werden können, falls sie das richtige Spielzeug bekommen.

Nun steht eine andere hochheilige Zeit für alle Freunde der elektronischen Medien und unterhaltender Software an, die genau so wichtig und spannend ist. Fans aus aller Herren Länder bahnen sich den Weg über die Deutschen Autobahnen, reisen mit dem Zug an oder Fliegen direkt mit dem Flugzeug zum Ort des Geschehens. Die rede ist klar von der diesjährigen Gamesconvention in Leibzig. Das Messegelände verwandelt sich fünf Tage in ein Paradies für Spielefreunde, Hardcore Gamer, Multimedia Interessierte, aufgeschlossene Eltern die ihren Kindern etwas gutes Tun wollen mit einer Lernsoftware. Man könnte sagen, die Messe ist ein Multimedia-Festival der Extraklasse.

Das diesjährige Motto der Gamesconvention lässt keinerlei Wünsche offen, denn allumfassender als in diesem Jahr kann es kaum sein, sowohl das Motto als auch die Messe selbst: "Play, it´s your nature"

Das letzte Jahr war bereits ein riesiger Schritt in die Zukunft, doch in diesem Jahr wurde aufgrund des riesigen Ansturms an Ausstellern die Ausstellungsfläche von 70.000 Quadratmeter auf insgesamt 85.000 Quadratmeter vergrößert. Nun fragt ihr euch vielleicht, was kann ich auf diesen 85.000m² alles erleben? Platt gesagt - ALLES! Schier eine unendliche Vielfalt an Angeboten und Ausstellungen sind auf der Messe zu finden und was das beste daran ist, alles dreht sich um die geliebten Computerspiele und fast alles ist zum anfassen und ausprobieren.

Wir von blank-TV sind für euch vor Ort und berichten Live von dem Highlight des Jahres aus Lebzig. Ihr werdet große Eindrücke des gesamten Treibens vor Ort in Video, Bildern und Schrift bekommen, allerdings wird unser Hauptaugenmerk auf den wichtigsten Events der Messe liegen, welche sich einzig und allein um den eSport drehen. Internationale Turniere, sowie nationale Matches werden ausgetragen werden und wir sind für euch mitten drin, statt nur dabei.
